Space Car (Nurbs Modeling)

A car made to send itself to space. To create this, I first drew an idea I had for the car. Then I began to find real world reference to base it on. The main body of the car is a fusion of a 1957 Corvette and a 1960 Chevy Impala. To create the body, I used curves to build a spline cage that matched my reference of the two vehicles. I then filled the space between the curves with nurbs and converted them to polygons. I then continued with normal polygon modeling, making sure to clean of the geometry and keep the polygon count in a reasonable range.
