A 3D recreation of a scene from Trine 3 in Unity. All models and art were built from scratch. The scene was officially started in mid September with the goal of really learning how to import objects into Unity and make something look stellar. I wrote a shader to give wind to the plants and allow them to render two-sided in Unity. Some of the textures I made in Substance Painter were edited later in Photoshop for some finer details. The tree bark is a material I created in Substance Designer. The fog and fire are standard unity assets. The water is a standard asset that I have edited to better match the scene. I'd say this was a HUGE SUCCESS! I learned so much, so I achieved my goal. I haven't had a project more satisfying than this.
